Scheduled
Dear Customer,
We want to inform you that we will update our AD (SSO) login solution on February 11th 2026, at 11:00 CET.
The update includes modernizing the backend and updating the user interface, and will affect both Central and the iOS & Android Response apps.
Recommended Action
Try logging in and out during the release day to confirm that everything is working as expected. We strongly recommend trying the new login flow immediately after the release so that potential issues are discovered, reported, and resolved as early as possible.
Potential error message during the first log-out attempt after the release
What happens if I am logged in using the old login flow during the switch? If you are logged in using the old login flow during the switch, you might get an error message when logging out. This should only occur the first time you log out; after that, you should be able to log in and out without issues.
Report issues in the Support Portal
If you experience issues that persist after the initial log-out attempt, please report them via the Skyresponse Support Portal.
Skyresponse action plan for reported issues
For issues reported on the release day, our first approach will be to solve them as they are reported. Our second approach is to roll back to the old AD login flow.
Kind regards, Skyresponse Support
