The issue affecting alarm links has now been resolved, and services are operating normally again.
During the incident, alarm links were unavailable and may also have affected users of the legacy desktop client (LC50), SMS links, and links sent via email.
The root cause has been addressed, and functionality has been fully restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
