Expected Impact
During the maintenance window, you may experience temporary service disruptions: ▪️ Incoming alarms – Some alarms may not be received during the downtime. Most alarm devices will automatically retry sending alarms, which may result in delayed delivery depending on device configuration ▪️ Respondent access – Users in Central and the Response App may experience temporary access issues ▪️ Alarm handling – Will be temporarily affected during the downtime
⚠️ Important: This upgrade may cause short interruptions in alarm processing.
