We are planning to make an additional upgrade to our AWS RDS (Relational Database Service). This upgrade includes important security updates and improvements to the stability and reliability of our database infrastructure.

Expected Impact


During the maintenance window, you may experience temporary service disruptions:
▪️ Incoming alarms – Some alarms may not be received during the downtime. Most alarm devices will automatically retry sending alarms, which may result in delayed delivery depending on device configuration
▪️ Respondent access – Users in Central and the Response App may experience temporary access issues
▪️ Alarm handling – Will be temporarily affected during the downtime

⚠️ Important: This upgrade may cause short interruptions in alarm processing.

We will make every effort to minimize the impact and complete the upgrade as quickly as possible.
