Expected Impact
During the maintenance window, users may experience temporary interruptions in the following areas: ▪️Administrative system: changes made in Skyresponse Admin interface may be delayed or may temporarily fail ▪️ External alarm history view ("View full alarm history"): May be partially unavailable ▪️ Alarm history: Updates may be delayed ▪️ API requests: Brief interruptions for services relying on the affected RDS instance
⚠️ Important: Alarm handling and core alarm processing will remain fully operational and unaffected.
We will make every effort to complete the upgrade as quickly as possible and minimize any disruption.
